Almond Butter

2 c. raw almonds

3-4 tbs. peanut oil

1 tbs. honey

salt

Put the almonds in a food processor and start getting them broken down. As they “do their thing” drizzle in the oil, the honey, and then season to taste with salt.

This keeps really well in an airtight container in the fridge. I have kept mine up to 3 months with delicious results.
