Crispy Oven Fries

Ingredients

  • 4-5 russet potatoes
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 T kosher salt
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 T chili powder

Cut the potatoes into matchsticks (or small wedges – whatever you prefer). Toss them with the olive oil and spices. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet* and bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes – flipping half way through.

*For extra crispy fries, place a cooling rack on top of the baking sheet, and cook the fries on cooling rack instead of directly on the pan.
