- 1 sweet potato – cut into wedges/fries
- 1/2 tbs. brown mustard
- 1 tbs. evoo
- 1/2 tbs. chili powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt/pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preheat oven to 400*. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and dump onto a baking sheet. Pop the fries into oven and cook for 20-25 minutes (until crsipy), rotating half-way through. Enjoy!

These look so great! I usually chop my sweet taters into thin slices (like a chip) and bake them up like that, but using spicy mustard and cooking like real fries sounds like a great idea!
