Serves 4
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1-2 tbs. grill seasoning
- 1 tbs. spicy mustard
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and form into 12 golf-ball sized rounds.
Preheat a skillet on medium/high heat and spray with non-stick spray. Place the the balls in the skillet to brown – about 2 minutes on each side.
Remove the browned meatballs and place them on baking sheet, and bake at 425* for about 15 minutes – or until cooked through.
