- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy milk
- ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbs. crunchy peanut butter
- White chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Cook the oats with the water and milk for about 15 – 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Then stir in the protein powder and cocoa powder during the last minute of cooking. After transferring to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Not very sweet, but oh so chocolaty and comforting.
